This home isn’t just one of our builds — it’s the one we live in. Designed for our own family, it reflects everything we value: simple, functional beauty, thoughtful design, and craftsmanship that holds up to real life.

 

The main floor is wide open and light-filled, centered around a custom fireplace feature and two-storey vaulted ceilings clad in warm pine. Upstairs, a loft-style living space connects two bedrooms and a full bath — the perfect spot for movie nights, sleepovers, or quiet escapes. In total, the home is just under 3,000 square feet, designed to feel welcoming and practical from every angle.

 

We built this house with our own hands, while raising our kids and running our business. And though we designed it with intention, we also built it with heart — the way we hope every client home feels when it’s finished.
